All content displayed on the veloris-global.com website, the application portal, and the VelorisOS platform — including without limitation text, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, illustrations, designs, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software code, source code, object code, configurations and underlying architecture — is the property of Veloris Global Ltd or its licensors and is protected by the copyright, trademark, design, database and other intellectual-property laws of the Republic of Cyprus, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and other applicable jurisdictions.

Trademarks

“VELORIS”, “VELORIS GLOBAL”, “VELORISOS”, the Veloris “V” mark and associated design elements, and other Veloris brand assets are trademarks or registered trademarks of Veloris Global Ltd or its affiliates. Use of any such mark requires the prior written consent of Veloris.

Other product, service and company names referenced on the Website or in any Veloris materials are or may be trademarks of their respective owners. Reference to such third-party trademarks is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.

Restrictions on use

You may not, without the prior written consent of Veloris:

• copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display or otherwise exploit any content from the Website or VelorisOS, save for personal, non-commercial viewing in the ordinary course of accessing the Services;
• use any Veloris trademark, logo or brand asset in any marketing, advertising, press release, public communication, social-media post or product packaging;
• frame, mirror or otherwise embed the Website within another website;
• scrape, harvest or extract content from the Website or VelorisOS using automated means beyond what is permitted by our robots policy;
• use any content from the Website to train any machine-learning model or large-language model;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software made available through the Website or VelorisOS.

User-submitted content

To the extent the Customer or any user submits content to the Website, the application portal or VelorisOS, the user grants Veloris a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use such content solely to operate the Services and to provide the contracted Services to the user, and warrants that the user has all rights necessary to grant such licence.

Notice of infringement

If you believe that any content on the Website or in VelorisOS infringes your intellectual-property rights, please send a notice of infringement to legal@veloris-global.com including: identification of the work alleged to be infringed; identification of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief; and a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury or equivalent in your jurisdiction.
