Veloris Global Ltd (“Veloris”) is a payments infrastructure, strategic advisory and business development company. Veloris is not a bank, payment institution, electronic money institution, money transmitter, money service business, acquirer, custodian or settlement counterparty, and does not provide regulated financial services unless separately licensed in the relevant jurisdiction for the relevant activity.
Where Veloris identifies, introduces or coordinates the engagement of a third-party Provider on behalf of a Client, the contractual relationship in respect of the regulated services to be provided exists directly between the Client and the Provider. Veloris is not a party to that contractual relationship and assumes none of the obligations of the Provider thereunder. Acceptance, rejection, underwriting, risk, compliance, processing and settlement decisions are matters reserved to the Provider.
Veloris does not, at any time, hold, possess, receive, control, transmit, settle or dispose of any funds processed by, or routed through, any Provider. All such funds flow directly between the Client, the end-customer and the relevant Provider, in accordance with the Provider’s procedures and the contractual arrangements between the Client and the Provider.
